Job Coaches Required Location: NN3 area, Northampton Contract: Full-time, permanent Salary: (Apply online only) per day About the Role The successful candidate will support students with additional learning needs and/or disabilities in developing employability skills, accessing work placements, and preparing for future employment opportunities. You will work closely with students, employers, tutors, and support staff to help learners achieve their career goals and gain confidence in workplace environments.
