CMR are recruiting on behalf of their client who are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven New Business Sales Executive to join their growing sales team. This role involves telephony-based outbound sales of their specialist accountancy services to a targeted client base, including independent contractors, freelancers, and small to medium-sized businesses.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and persuasive salesperson with a proven track record of hitting KPIs in a fast-paced environment, particularly in B2B or professional services sectors.
Salary - £30,000 p/a
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively source and generate new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
* Present and promote our accountancy services tailored to contractors, sole traders, limited companies, and general businesses
* Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and present suitable service solutions
* Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to conversion and onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover to client services
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system
* Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
* Keep up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and relevant market developments
* Work collaboratively with the marketing, onboarding, and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
Required Skills/Experience:
* Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in a telephony-based or inside sales environment
* Previous experience selling professional services or accountancy/financial services is highly desirable
* Strong communication, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
* Ability to understand and explain service-based solutions clearly and effectively
* Tenacious and self-motivated, with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume outbound call environment
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
