As a Store Manager, will be responsible to lead a dynamic team, enhance customer experience, and drive exceptional sales performance.
Role and Responsibilities of this Store Manager – Outlet role:
* Driving Sales & Performance – Achieve and exceed sales targets while managing budgets effectively.
* Customer Experience Excellence – Build strong customer relationships, encourage repeat business, and deliver a premium shopping experience.
* Team Leadership & Development – Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve excellence and foster long-term retention.
* Operational Management – Oversee stock control, minimize shrinkage, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
* Visual Merchandising & Promotions – Maintain an inviting and luxury-focused store environment that reflects the brand’s high standards.
* Strategic Planning – Analyse KPIs, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize store performance.
Qualifications Required for this Store Manager – Outlet role:
* Retail leadership experience – Minimum of 2+ years as a Store, Deputy, or Assistant Manager in a premium or customer focused retail environment.
* A customer-first approach – Passionate about delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
* Strong leadership skills – Ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team.
* Strong IT/Excel skills would be advantageous for report generations
* Analytical mindset – Comfortable using KPIs and sales data to drive business decisions.
* Physical stamina – Regular bending and lifting (up to 15kg) as part of stock handling.
