We need two Duty Managers to orchestrate it all. What You'll Actually Do You're the shift commander. Your job is making sure every function of the day runs without a hitch: * Manage transport operations – coordinate vehicle movements, check fleet standards, oversee loading schedules * Ensure compliance – conduct temp checks, complete vehicle administration, maintain security protocols * Run search & seal – verify loads, secure shipments, handle queries * Act as Site Security Representative (SSR) for the unit * Problem-solve in real time – delays, queries, operational issues—you sort it * Keep standards high – driving regulations, vehicle maintenance, operational safety This isn't a desk job.
