My client is specialist payroll provider in Liverpool currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant to work as part of a fantastic team. You will be responsible for the joint running of 150 client payrolls. Responsibilities Full end to end Payroll processing for a portfolio of clients within an accountancy firm Collation and input of all relevant information New starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments, allowances, maternity, apprentice levy and paternity pay To administer SSP, SMP and SPP Prepare and distribute payslips, P45s, P60s NI, overtime and other deductions RTI submissions Auto enrolment Pension deductions Handling queries Year end process's Assist the Payroll Manager with reporting, compliance tasks, and ad hoc projects Requirements 1-2 years of Payroll experience in a client payroll environment Strong Legislation knowledge Pension & Auto enrolment experience Excel including V look up Brightpay experience beneficial Excellent attention to detail Manual calculation ability Familiar with confidentiality when handling sensitive information Benefits and information £25,000 to £27,000, dependent on experience Hours : 35 per week 9.00 am to 5.00 pm (Monday to Friday) Lunch : 1 hour Annual leave : 20 days plus bank holidays Benefits after probation: Medical Insurance, Mobile Phone Allowance Company Auto Enrolment Pension Scheme, Additional leave for Birthday 50978JT INDPAYN Portfolio Payroll Ltd is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy
