We have an
exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Head Bartender to join our
acclaimed team at the Ham Yard Hotel. If you have a flair for hospitality and

As a Head
Bartender, you will be at the heart of our vibrant bar, crafting a wide variety
of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for our discerning guests.
Responsibilities:
* Leading
and supervising a talented bar team, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining
high standards.
* Preparing
and serving an extensive range of drinks, from classic cocktails to innovative
creations.
* Providing
inspirational service that enhances the guest experience and builds lasting
relationships.
* Managing
inventory, ordering supplies, and ensuring the bar is well-stocked and
organised.
* Upholding
our commitment to excellence by maintaining a clean and welcoming bar
environment.
* Collaborating
with the team to develop new drink menus and promotional offerings.
What you Need:
* A genuine
passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional service.
* Experience
in a similar high-volume environment and a proven track record in a supervisory
role.
* Strong
team leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire your colleagues.
* Excellent
customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.
* Enthusiasm,
creativity, and a positive attitude that shines through in your work.
