The Role
As a Waiter, you will:
* Deliver elegant, intuitive,
and high-touch service tailored to members and guests.
* Build genuine rapport with
regulars and VIPs, anticipating their preferences and exceeding expectations.
* Own your section confidently
and contribute to the overall rhythm of the floor.
* Maintain a strong presence
during service while remaining composed and detail-focused.
* Demonstrate excellent
product knowledge, including menu pairings and specials.
* Collaborate closely with the
kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

an all-day public restaurant and a private members’ club with 31 bedrooms and
suites.
About You

high-end hospitality or private members’ clubs.

and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver five-star service
and create memorable experiences.
* Take accurate food and
beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen and bar.
* Anticipate and respond to
guest needs with warmth and efficiency.
* Maintain cleanliness,
organisation, and presentation of all service areas.
* Handle guest concerns or
complaints professionally and promptly.
* Work collaboratively with
the F&B team to deliver exceptional results.
