Role
At a critical time for the not-for-profit social care and support sector, the Coalition of Care & Support Providers in Scotland (CCPS) is recruiting for a Head of Operations.

The right candidate will help to strengthen our organisation, which is dedicated to ensuring not-for-profit social care providers have the right landscape to deliver the best possible support for people and communities in Scotland.

About the role
The successful candidate will provide leadership to ensure our team is supported to deliver on our vision as effectively and sustainably as possible, and lead on implementing key elements of our new business strategy.
You will enjoy developing and delivering efficient business processes to support an organisation to flourish, with a mix of creativity and attention to detail. You will be a problem solver and have sound experience in taking forward change programmes. You will take a strongly values-led approach in all your work. You should be happy working in a small team and deadline-driven environment.
