Lead Technical Product Manager (Supply & Partner Platforms)
Location: Hythe/Folkestone (Full Time/Flexible working supported)
Salary: £70,000– £83,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
The opportunity
A well-established UK digital platform is looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to act as Area Product Owner for a complex Supply & Partner domain.
This role owns the systems and integrations that underpin how product supply is onboarded, scaled and monetised across the platform. You’ll be accountable for strategy, roadmap, backlog and outcomes across multiple teams, ensuring the platform remains resilient, scalable and commercially effective.
You’ll also lead and develop Product Managers and Analysts, shaping product standards and influencing delivery well beyond your immediate area.
What you’ll be responsible for
* Owning the vision, strategy and roadmap for the Supply & Partner area
* Defining and driving KPIs and OKRs tied to business and customer outcomes
* Managing an area-level backlog across multiple feature teams
* Partnering closely with Engineering on architecture, APIs, integrations and backend systems
* Translating complex partner and business requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Acting as the senior product voice across engineering, data, design and commercial stakeholders
* Line managing and coaching Product Managers and Analysts
* Bringing structure, clarity and momentum to complex, ambiguous environments
What we’re looking for
* Senior experience in technical product management within complex platforms
* Proven leadership across multiple squads or domains
* Strong understanding of systems, APIs, integrations and data flows
* Experience defining and measuring OKRs, KPIs and outcomes
* Confident stakeholder management at senior levels
* A pragmatic, collaborative leadership style
