Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Manage employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate conflict resolution, aiming to maintain a positive work environment. Identify training and development needs across the organization and work with Learning and Development teams to design and deliver relevant programs.
