As the Brand & Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and developing our company's brands. This position is crucial for driving brand awareness, shifting perceptions, and executing strategies that elevate our presence in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create and manage impactful campaigns, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels and contributing to increased sales. Day-to-day of the role: Serve as the ambassador for our brand(s), maintaining a deep understanding of their challenges and opportunities. Act as the internal champion for the brands, empowering every team member to represent the brand in their work. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, creating a long-term plan for brand positioning and marketing. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including marketing materials, websites, and customer interactions. Conduct market research and analysis to deliver performance insights and make strategic recommendations. Manage marketing campaigns from concept to execution across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and print. Oversee content management for websites, social platforms, and marketing materials. Liaise with design agencies for artwork and packaging for branded products. Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, managing brand budgets to ensure ROI. Collaborate with Product Development, Sales, Buying, and Technical teams to implement brand strategy and ensure consistency. Support sales pitches and present to the wider Sales Team and key external stakeholders. Attend customer and supplier meetings and represent the company at industry events as necessary. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in brand management and marketing, ideally within the FMCG sector, focusing on frozen and chilled foods. Expertise in digital marketing, social media, and traditional marketing techniques. Strong analytical skills, with a proficiency in marketing software, analytics tools, and MS Office Suite. Creative thinker with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent relationship management skills with a strong customer focus. Confident communication skills and the ability to establish and develop relationships with internal and external sources. Ability to work both collaboratively and independently, demonstrating initiative and passion for driving new business. Organised and methodical approach to work, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
