We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Support Worker to join our team. This is a flexible, remote role suited for someone who enjoys variety, can work independently, and thrives in supporting a busy team with day-to-day administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
* Organise and manage digital files, emails, and company documents.
* Perform accurate data entry and maintain client and project records.
* Use our Reflow reporting system to generate and log enquiries (training provided).
* Assist with scheduling meetings, site visits, and appointments.
* Prepare and type correspondence, reports, and other business documents.
* Input, retrieve, and update information using computerised systems.
* Support with carbon accounting tasks (training provided).
* Provide general administrative support across the business.
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role (preferred).
* Level 2 in Business administration
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
* Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Friendly phone manner and professional customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
* Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.
* Flexibility to cover additional hours during staff absence.
