Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector. They require self-employed heating engineers for an ongoing contract with a local Housing Association.
Details
* Location: Liverpool, Merseyside & Warrington
* Contract: Housing Association
* Work Type: Landlord Gas Safety Checks and Central Heating Repairs as well as General Plumbing works including:
* Install, maintain, and repair pipes, fixtures, and controls associated with central heating
* Isolating and capping radiator valves
* Replace/Install Radiators and pipework
* Replace 2 & 3 port control valves and wiring controls
* Upgrading of hot and cold systems pipework
* Commitment: Up to 5 days per week
* Contract Length: Ongoing
* Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears
Rates
* £229.50 per day

Requirements
* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
* Side Van (plain or sign written)
* Gas Safe Registration
* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
* No unspent criminal convictions
