BDS and currently recruiting for a Housing Caretaker to work within Living Services based in Aylesbury
The role will be to ensure the smooth running of the development, ensuring grounds and building are maintained to a high standard always.
Main duties will include but are not limited too;
* Health and safety checks
* Completing minor repairs/ reporting any larger issues
* Make sure all grounds and common parts are kept clean and tidy
* Supervising contractors
Hours: Monday to Friday,7.30am - 3.30pm
Salary: £14.50 per hour
This is an ongoing role.
A van will be provided so a full UK driving licence will be required.
Previous relevant experience is needed for this role
