About the role
As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the face of our aftersales experience – ensuring every customer receives a seamless, professional and premium service from start to finish.
You’ll act as the key link between our customers and workshop, keeping everything running smoothly while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
* Managing customer bookings and setting clear expectations
* Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle service or repair
* Identifying and upselling additional products and services where appropriate
* Delivering a first‑class customer experience at every touchpoint
* Following up to ensure complete satisfaction and repeat business
What we’re looking for
* Previous customer‑facing experience (essential)
* Experience as a Service Advisor or within automotive is highly desirable
* Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport
* A proactive, organised approach in a fast‑paced environment
* A focus on delivering targets while maintaining excellent service standards
