This role focuses on driving and promoting brands within the On-Trade sector, collaborating closely with NAMs and Business Unit Controllers for route-to-market strategies.This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who has some sales experience in the FMCG industry and wants a new opportunity to grow their career in the drinks industry with a market-leading brand.Summary of Role:Promote the brand to On-Trade Customers in the assigned area.Manage sales targets for regional routes to market.Work with BUCs & NAMs to foster relationships with senior staff of National Routes to Market.Actively seek new stockists.Maintain CRM database and manage relationships with smaller directly supplied customers.Main Responsibilities:Achieve sales targets for designated regional customers.Develop knowledge of retailers and identify new brand distribution opportunities.Act as the focal contact point for the business in the area.Ensure brand visibility and record call details accurately.Manage directly supplied customers and support their needs.Requirements:Results-driven with strong communication skills.Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint.Ability to identify business opportunities and work under pressure.Must live on patch.Desirable: Knowledge of the drinks market and previous industry experience.Package:Competitive Basic SalaryCompetitive Bonus (split on company performance and individual KPIs)Company Car or Car Allowance25 days holiday + Banks - increases with length of service3% employer pension- increases with length of serviceOptional Shares after 48 MonthsPrivate Health InsuranceFree ProductsIf you are a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for the FMCG industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
