As an Administrator at Veolia you will help manage the Shrewsbury Plastics Facility, contributing to sustainable operations and regulatory compliance.

What you'll be doing
* Manage performance, administration and transport coordination of the Shrewsbury Plastics Facility, including office, weighbridge and payroll duties
* Control documents, training records and complaints registers, ensuring customer concerns are handled professionally and promptly
* Oversee purchase order management for site consumables and PPE, coordinate site visitor management and inductions, and administer site targets and objectives
* Support compliance activities including PRN completion, effluent discharge compliance transport coordination, and audits by customers, regulators and awarding bodies
* Contribute to health and safety by attending meetings, conducting safety observations and liaising with operational and engineering teams
What we're looking for
* Confident, customer‑facing individual with strong communication skills and ability to manage professional relationships efficiently
* Proven administrative experience, ideally in an operational or facilities environment, managing multiple priorities
* Detail‑oriented and organised with experience in document control, compliance administration or a regulated setting
* Proactive team player comfortable with audits and health and safety processes, with a sound understanding of workplace safety standards
* Collaborative across departments, demonstrating initiative and a commitment to delivering high standards of service
