Commercial Director role for a small but scaling manufacturer of bespoke timber fire doors and joinery for commercial buildings and properties. West Sussex. Our client is a market leader looking to scale for future growth. As Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of commercial strategies, optimising processes, and driving business growth.
What you'll do
* Build robust commercial processes and systems.
* Strategically organise the commercial function to deliver exceptional results.
* Support the identification and development of commercial opportunities.
* Act as a key liaison between the external sales team, customers, and the production team.
* Optimize processes to drive revenue growth.
* Coach, train and develop the team to proactively identify revenue opportunities.
