Function: NRC

Job reports to: Service Manager

Location: Neagron House – HQ

Job Purpose

Working in a fast-paced Crane Company environment, you will carry out a wide range of support duties and hire control whilst reporting to the Service Manager.

Key Accountabilities

1. Parts sales to external customers – identify, quote, order and invoice
2. Maintain internal parts and consumable stock – order, issue and audit
3. Hire Control for Test Weights – Full process inc. quotations, transport and invoicing
4. Manage and administer the crane servicing schedule
5. Administer periodic LOLER certifications maintaining statutory compliance
6. Prepare and process service job paperwork
7. Answering the telephone and dealing appropriately with breakdowns, enquiries etc.
8. Ad hoc service support needs as required by the Service Manager

Required Job Skills, Experience and Qualifications

9. Experience working in a busy environment
10. Work well under pressure and retain a positive attitude
11. Experience in a technical or workshop environment
12. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
13. Excellent attention to detail
14. Ability to adapt and solve problems using initiative
15. Willingness to undertake training to expand product knowledge
