Job Description
Role Summary:
As a Global Account Manager at KMI Brands, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing key customer relationships, driving strategic growth, and owning full P&L accountability. You’ll work across both digital and high street retailers, leading customer meetings, building strong partnerships, and delivering compelling presentations that position KMI as a partner of choice.
You’ll take ownership of sales performance, JBP planning, forecasting, and data analysis, with a strong focus on optimising opportunities and driving sustainable, profitable growth. Proficiency in Excel and sales insight is essential.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role with the opportunity to work on award-winning beauty brands, supported by a dynamic team offering on-the-job training and coaching.

Account Management Fundamentals
* Build and maintain strong retailer relationships through regular, strategic communication.
* Develop and lead account plans to optimise product range, in-store presence, and trade marketing.
* Collaborate with retail partners across Buying, Supply, and Marketing to drive growth.
* Create and deliver compelling presentations that support sales and long-term partnerships.
* Work cross-functionally with brand and marketing teams to activate campaigns and NPD aligned with growth targets.
* Act as the commercial lead on the ground, identifying new sales opportunities.
* Develop and manage JBPs aligned with KMI strategy, ensuring delivery across sales, stock, and investment.
* Own and review monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, providing recommendations to adapt the UK sales strategy as needed.
