* Delivering tailored support to pupils with varying SEN in both one-to-one and small group settings
* Assisting with personal care and mobility needs, including the use of hoists, under the supervision of trained staff

To be considered for the role of a SEN HLTA you will:
* Be flexible
* Experience in Teaching Assistant roles (Preferable)
* Ideally have your own transport or close public transport links
* Experience with both small group and 1:1 is beneficial
* Friendly and nurturing qualities
* Competent behaviour management skills
* Familiarity with a range of needs (e.g., ASD - Autistic Spectrum Disorder, SLD - Severe Learning Difficulty and PMLD - Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulty)
* Preferably moving and handling training or have recent experience in this
* Have a patient and caring nature
* Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
* Willing to complete CPD training

Salary
GBP445-GBP470 per week
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:
* Have a desire to work with children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
