The Role:
Deliver high-quality spa and beauty treatments, including facials, massages, and body therapies
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction with personalised, luxury-standard service
Maintain strong knowledge of treatment menus, skincare products, and wellness services
Build rapport with guests, handle inquiries professionally, and conduct consultations/patch tests
Uphold immaculate hygiene and presentation standards across all spa areas
Prepare and restock treatment rooms to brand and safety standards
Support front-of-house duties such as welcoming guests, managing bookings, and processing payments
Stay updated on industry trends to deliver modern, effective treatments
Work collaboratively with the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations
Comply with hotel policies, health and safety protocols, and COSHH guidelines
Maximise sales through upselling treatments and recommending retail products
Contribute to marketing initiatives, promotions, and events to drive bookings and revenue
Keep accurate records of consultations, allergies, and contraindications
Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and follow security and fire procedures
What we Desire:
We are looking for a passionate and highly skilled Beauty Therapist who embodies professionalism, guest focus, and a commitment to excellence. Ideally, you will hold an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification and have experience working in a luxury spa or five-star hotel setting. Youll possess strong knowledge of facials, massages, body therapies, and retail skincare products, along with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for wellness. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, is essential. A proactive, sales-driven mindset and a polished, professional appearance complete the profile of our ideal candidate.
