Salary: £26,052 - £28,933 per annum

Base: Bryngarw House

Status: Permanent

Accountable to: Wedding and Events Manager

We are recruiting a Wedding and Events Coordinator at Bryngarw House. This role supports clients by planning, organising and delivering weddings and special events from start to finish.

In this role you will coordinate event logistics, prepare detailed event schedules, floor plans and supplier briefs, provide outstanding customer service, act as a responsible venue keyholder, contribute to achieving targets, respond to enquiries, conduct show arounds and planning meetings, and more.

Applicants should possess a Level 3 Diploma in Hospitality or similar, or be able to demonstrate competence through experience, have great communication skills and be adaptable and flexible. Strong organisational skills are essential, as well as being able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Applicants should have an intimate understanding of how weddings and functions are managed and delivered, as well a track record of meeting targets and successfully negotiating events.
