We are representing a professional services client urgently seeking a Reward, Benefits & Data Advisor. This is a critical replacement role, with the current post‑holder leaving soon. The business is mid–salary review cycle, so they need someone who can step in quickly, ideally immediately available or on a maximum 1‑month notice.
You’ll join a supportive HR team, working directly with the Reward Manager. The environment is collaborative and people‑focused. With the company transitioning to a new HRIS, much of the role is currently manual and Excel‑driven, requiring accuracy, independence, and confidence handling large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the master salary spreadsheet and produce salary letters
* Data cuts and reporting for reward cycles
* Job evaluation & benchmarking (incl. Willis Towers Watson)
* Manage the Benefits Hub, monthly admin & payroll reconciliation
* First point of contact for employee and partner benefit queries
* Produce HR, Reward & DEI reports (Excel‑heavy)
* Deliver fortnightly HRIS induction to new starters
About You
* Strong Reward & Benefits background
* Advanced Excel: lookups, pivot tables, formulas, data analysis
* Proactive, hands‑on, able to work independently
* Confident communicating with senior stakeholders
* Comfortable with manual processes and tight deadlines
* Background in legal/professional/financial services is a plus
