Job Title: Customer Support Officer
Location: Wigan Town Hall, Library Street, Wigan, WN1 1YN
Hours: 37 hours per week - Temporary until 31st July 2026 to cover maternity leave

Role Overview:
You will handle customer and business support tasks, liaise with tenants, and investigate service complaints from tenants, leaseholders, elected members, MPs, and contractors. Your role includes ensuring timely responses to enquiries, resolving issues positively, and supporting service improvements through training and good practice promotion.
About You:
We seek enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals capable of effective team operation and lone working. You should be a Customer Care Champion, able to follow procedures, use initiative, and undertake problem-solving. Courage and excellent communication skills are essential.
