As part of ATE’s Technical Support Team, you will provide vital administrative and technical support across Planning, the Inspectorate, and Regional Management. You will help ensure ATE’s public-facing services run efficiently by managing case information, maintaining core databases, monitoring progress, and upholding strong record-keeping standards. We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented individual with excellent digital and organisational skills, who enjoys working with data and systems to deliver results. Top Responsibilities * Supporting and maintaining the specialist administrative services, processes and systems that underpin the work of the Technical Support Team, ensuring they remain efficient and effective. * Logging, processing and conducting the initial triage of planning applications and scheme requests received through the casework inboxes. * Responding to information requests from the central correspondence team, including Ministerial correspondence, Freedom of Information (FoI) requests and media queries. * Supporting the production of dashboards and performance reports by compiling and formatting relevant data.
