A respected Super Prime residential contractor is seeking a both a Site Manager and a Project Manager to oversee fit out phases of a grand country house refurbishment in Surrey.
This is a fantastic project - a genuine 'CV Maker'.
It's a well resourced site, involving extensive works to a listed building, structural works and uber high spec interiors finishes.
You’ll report to a Project Director and work alongside a dedicated delivery team.
The Role
* Managing delivery of designated phases from inception to completion
* Leading subcontractors, site teams, and consultants
* Ensuring programme, cost, and quality targets are met
* Maintaining strong client and consultant relationships
Requirements
* Please note that applicants are required to have extensive experience of delivering super prime residential projects with a main contractor, construction management contractor or developer
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
* Strong technical understanding of luxury finishes and detailing
