Our clients, a successful independent estate agency, are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join their busy team in the Bury St Edmunds area.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to develop a long-standing career with a successful estate agency. You will attend viewings, arrange appointments and close offers. My client rewards staff for hard work and so offers a competitive commission structure. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be an enthusiastic driven professional who shall seize all opportunities presented to them.
Working hours:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota basis.
Our client is offering the successful Sales Negotiator:
1. Basic salary between £20,000-£24,000
2. £28,000 - £32,000 OTE
3. Performance bonuses

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
7. Registering Buyers/Vendors
8. Arranging Viewings/Valuations appointments
9. Conduct Viewings
10. Sales Progression
11. Liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and other professional contacts
12. General administration duties
13. Regular client contact
14. Maximising business opportunities
15. Canvas for new instructions and generate new business
16. Chase leads
17. Negotiate offers
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role you must have:
18. Previous estate agency experience
19. Local knowledge
20. Dynamic communicator with outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, combined with a passion for property
21. Sales Negotiations experience within property (essential)
22. Career driven and enthusiastic
23. Willing to learn and get stuck in
24. Full UK Driving license (essential)
25. Must be highly self-motivated
26. An all-rounder.
27. A high level of verbal and written communication skills
28. Strong telephone manner and excellent organisational skills
