Job Description:
Our client is the Founder and majority shareholder of a London-based holding company managing his business interests, centered around high-end hospitality in members clubs and eateries.
The Founder seeks a Senior Personal Assistant to support him personally and professionally as the main creative and strategic driver of the company. The successful candidate will provide 24/7 support, ensuring his domestic and work life run smoothly. The role is split approximately 60% personal support and 40% corporate tasks. Responsibilities include managing schedules, correspondence, projects, and providing ad hoc advice. The PA will report directly to the Founder and support the Senior Director as needed.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate and schedule events and appointments, both professional and personal, with strong prioritization.
* Handle all correspondence and liaise with external contacts on behalf of the Founder.
* Act as gatekeeper, protecting the Founder’s time and diary, and represent him when appropriate.
* Maintain oversight of the Founder’s personal and professional life, anticipating issues and opportunities.
* Serve as a confidante and trusted advisor on scheduling, correspondence, and finances.
* Assist in managing the Founder’s public image and privacy.
* Oversee household accounts and expenses, reviewing business expenditure with finance.
* Liaise with household staff and manage household and personal shopping.
* Plan and book holidays and business trips, including flights, ground transport, and accommodation.
* Manage wardrobe and coordinate packing with housekeepers.
* Handle technology and device management, troubleshooting and repairs.
* Provide ad hoc assistance at the Founder’s residence as needed.
Additional Information
This role requires presence in the office five days a week.
