About the Role:
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in London. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a recruitment consultant role in any industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, from candidate acquisition through to negotiation of final salary and offer.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
* Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to clients and candidates.
* Maintain accurate records and manage recruitment pipelines.
* Meet and exceed recruitment targets and KPIs.
* Work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year’s experience as a Recruitment Consultant.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously.
* Confident in candidate sourcing through various channels.
* Target-driven with a proactive and professional approach.
* Good organisational and time-management skills.
