About the role and practice
If you're a Patient Experience Advisor (Receptionist), looking for a rewarding role in a friendly and professional environment, look no further than The Dental House Liverpool
* Full-time hours, hours per week, no evenings or weekends
* Convenient high street location (no onsite parking)
* Busy practice - 14 surgeries over 3 floors
About you
We welcome your application to our Dental Receptionist (Patient Experience Advisor) vacancy if you have the following skills and experience:
* Previous front of house reception experience (ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential)
* A positive attitude, empathetic and well-organised
* The ability to communicate well with patients and colleagues and highly motivated to offer a warm and welcoming environment
* Passionate about building great relationships with patients and colleagues, and exceptional standards of care
