As a Store Leader, you will play a critical role in driving business success and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of your store, including key performance indicators (KPIs), and will lead by example, inspiring and developing your team to reach their full potential.

* Optimise processes and solve problems to keep your store running like clockwork
* Ensure excellent Customer Service is given to everyone who shops with us
