Customer Service Advisor working for a well known company based in Warrington - WA3. The role is to provide an excellent level of professional customer service for their customers and ensuring that they become a customer for life. We are looking for people who have previous customer service experience supporting customers with their returns journey. First 3 weeks - Training - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm Following 2 weeks - Launchpad - Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 8am to 8pm (8hr shift) 1 in 5 Weekend working - Saturday - 9am to 6pm / Sunday - 10am to 5pm Opportunity to potentially do home working / Hybrid role - based on performance.
