Must have 3year minimum experience in construction 5 days office based Must have multiple softwares 3–5 years’ experience in a Document Controller role within the construction industry. • Experience working with a main contractor is preferred. • Good understanding of the RIBA Plan of Work and document control across all project stages. • Experience on large-scale construction projects (hospitality experience is advantageous). • Strong working knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud (essential). • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Solid understanding of document control processes, revision management, and workflows. • Experience managing handover documentation and O&M manuals. • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail...
