Join Our Team We're looking for a Spare Parts Manager — is this you?

We're looking for a Spare Parts Manager to oversee the spare parts function at our Scunthorpe warehouse. You'll take responsibility for the team (currently 1-2 operatives), ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and make sure our spare parts are always accurate, accessible, and commercially presented - both internally for our teams and externally for our customers.This role blends organisation, people management, technical knowledge, and commercial awareness.

You'll lead the team, control stock inventory, liaise with suppliers, handle escalated queries, and maximise opportunities by improving listings and driving spare parts sales.

Your Role:

* Oversee the spare parts function including managing the team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Carry out people management responsibilities, including one-to-ones and team development.
* Control spare parts inventory to ensure stock levels are always accurate.
* Liaise with suppliers and the Supply Chain team about ordering parts to fulfil demand.
* List spare parts on websites and sales channels, including photographing and uploading accurate product details.
* Ensure website and system stock levels reconcile with physical stock.
* Handle escalated customer queries, using your technical knowledge to identify the right parts.
* Drive sales opportunities by improving listings and identifying commercial growth areas.
* Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Supply Chain teams to anticipate and meet parts demand.

Working Hours:

Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm (37.5hrs per week with 1 hour for lunch). You will be based at our Warehouse in Scunthorpe.
