Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Sport Specialist Sixth Form College We are working in partnership with a supportive and inclusive sixth form college to recruit a motivated Learning Support Assistant with a background in Sport. This is an excellent opportunity to support post-16 learners in a dynamic vocational setting and help them achieve their academic and personal goals. The Role As an LSA, you will support students across Sport courses, working alongside teaching staff to provide targeted assistance for learners who require additional support. Many students have Special Educational Needs (SEN), so a patient, encouraging, and adaptable approach is essential.
