Infrastructure Engineer
We're seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support and maintain a complex IT environment. This is a hands-on role where you'll work across Servers, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring performance, stability, and security.
What you'll be doing:
* Support Servers, networks, and on-prem infrastructure
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and directory services using Active Directory
* Monitor system health and respond to incidents and outages
* Perform patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance
* Support virtualised environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
* Assist with infrastructure projects and continuous improvements
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in an infrastructure or IT support role
* Strong knowledge of Windows Server and networking fundamentals
* Experience with Active Directory and user management
* Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
