Private Client Solicitor – 4–8 PQE Up to £120,000 + Bonus
The Role
This is a rare opportunity for a mid-level Private Client solicitor to join a prestigious, internationally recognised team advising on complex cross-border tax and estate matters for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families, and trustees.
The firm is highly active across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the US, and this role offers the opportunity to manage headline grabbing instructions involving family governance, succession planning, residence and domicile issues, and asset protection strategies for private clients.
You’ll work collaboratively with experts in tax, family, and corporate to provide integrated private wealth solutions at the highest level.
The Candidate
• 4–8 PQE Solicitor with a focus on Private Client matters of a complex or international nature
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients, offshore structuring, or international estate planning essential
• STEP qualified or equivalent (or demonstrable working knowledge of relevant tax/trust principles)
• Confidence in advising private banks, trustees, family offices, and intermediaries
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong commercial awareness
• Desire to play a key role in mentoring juniors and supporting strategic team growth
