Role Responsibilities
Assisting the Marketing Manager:
* Advertising and campaign coordination with publications.
* Trade stand support by conducting risk assessments, managing task timelines, ordering merchandise, etc.
* Stock control and ordering merchandise whilst maintaining accurate logistics.
* Processing purchasing orders.
* Supporting the sales team by providing documents, images, and website information for customers.
* Creating social media images/branding.
* Social media support and scheduling.
* Producing small graphics for leaflets and signage.
* Co-ordination of information gathering (e.g. surveys, campaigns, recording of feedback).
* liaison with internal teams for communication projects.
* Internal marketing and event facilitation.
* Supporting keeping company website updated.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Organised and systematic with good communication skills – Essential.
* Team player and confident with autonomy and self‑initiative – Essential.
* Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite) – Essential.
* Proficient in Microsoft software (e.g. Excel, Word) – Essential.
* Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn) – Desired.
* Marketing experience – Desired.
* Marketing related degree or equivalent qualifications – Desired.
