Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Whitehaven (Office Based)
Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary
Pay Rate: £14 per hour (Monday-Saturday)
Shifts: Monday - Friday: 8am - 8pm (1 in 4 Saturdays 8am - 4pm)
Training: 8 Weeks
About the Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting customers who may be experiencing issues with their accounts. Working within the Customer Service Team, you will provide empathetic and solution-focused service to help customers manage their accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage with customers via phone and digital channels to discuss queries on customer accounts
* Own customer contacts from the start through to resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout
* Accurately update in-house systems to reflect changes in customer accounts
* Investigate queries to resolution and manage tasks effectively.
Skills & Experience
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.
* Experience in customer service or collections is desirable.
* Proficient in IT skills
* Attention to detail.
