1. Portal knowledge - Aconex, Asite, Dalux, Project Plus, Procore, E-Permits, E-Docs
2. Quotes
3. Job cards
4. Drafting, prepping and sending tenders
5. Scheduling
6. Document control (portals)
7. Preparing O & M's
8. Submitting permits
9. General admin
10. Answering phone/talking to clients
11. Liaising with Art department/ production
12. Work closely with Managing Director on projects
13. Ad-hoc duties
