To assist the Head of Digital and Content in developing and managing the Wrexham AFC brand, supported by effective marketing strategies to maximise commercial return across all revenue-generating areas of the Club.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage and execute major campaigns and day-to-day promotional activities across digital and traditional media platforms.
* Create centralised marketing content, briefs, budgets, and oversee execution across various platforms, including print sourcing, buying, and design management.
* Prioritise marketing campaigns and materials for ticketing, retail, membership, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
* Support event promotions and partner activations with marketing collateral.
* Collaborate with the Head of Communications on social media, website, and printed marketing content.
* Manage and protect the Club’s brand and its integrity daily.
* Adapt campaign content for diverse platforms to ensure effectiveness.
* Utilise platform and data analytics to gain customer insights and inform future campaigns.
* Assist with budget management and cost control.
* Promote and grow the Club’s ticketing, retail, hospitality, and membership schemes.
* Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice across all departments.
* Develop creative briefs for agencies and freelancers for graphic design and video content.
* Ensure a seamless user experience on the Club’s digital platforms and retail sites.
* Liaise with the Data Protection Officer to complete legal paperwork for new projects.
* Occasionally attend matchdays and events to liaise with officials and stakeholders.
* Perform any other duties as required.

About The Candidate
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
* Degree in Marketing, Brand Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
* At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally within sports or entertainment with a global reach.
* Proven experience managing external creative agencies and working with creative content.
* Experience using CRM systems.
* Data analysis and insight report development skills.
