The Role
Our mission is to help large successful brands like Uber, Amazon, Wise, HelloFresh etc. put their customers at the centre of everything they do. Using best-in-class tech in a fast-developing AI space, our Customer Experience Intelligence (CXI) platform continuously analyses explicit and implicit feedback to enable our customers to identify what they should do next.

People & Talent Specialist
to join the team
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be managing our talent acquisition function and supporting our people operations function:
Talent Acquisition
* Support the creation of new roles, including defining their scope, drafting job descriptions, and developing assessment criteria.
* Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accurate data and smooth workflows and automations.
* Work with hiring managers to design and implement structured interview processes that both ensure the selection of the right candidate and provide an excellent candidate experience.
* Screen CVs and applications, conduct phone screens, and prepare and assess asynchronous interviews (a-sync).
* Prepare offer letters and coordinate reference checks.
* Deliver projects to refine and optimise the talent acquisition process, including process documentation and creation of training materials.
* Work closely with hiring managers to provide guidance on recruitment best practices and selection decisions.
People Operations
* Manage the onboarding processes of new hires to ensure an excellent employee experience from the point of hire.
* Support the employee lifecycle, including probation check-ins and ongoing engagement touch points.
* Assist with benefits administration and update payroll information as needed.
* Maintain and update our HRIS (HiBob) and other shared company documentation for example, Notion and GoogleDrive
* Draft and issue employment contracts and contractual change letters.
* Conduct employee catch-ups and provide support to line managers on employee relations cases.
* Oversee the offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
* Contribute to company culture initiatives, championing organisational values and supporting employee engagement programmes.
* Support the VP of People and Managers with ER issues, should they arise.
What You'll Need
* End to end Talent Acquisition experience within a SAAS business with a strong track record of hiring across both commercial and technical roles
* Experience managing applicant tracking systems (ideally, experience with Ashby)
* Experience managing HRIS systems (ideally, experience with HiBob)
* An understanding of and experience with handling various people-related matters, from performance management, disciplinary matters, engagement, and so on
* An understanding of employment law and compliance within the UK
* Experience within a startup environment (ideally, within a SaaS environment)
* Experience managing the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding is desirable
* Experience with PeopleOps/HR administration is desirable
* Empathy, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills
* A love of collaboration and teamwork
* Adaptability, patience, and an understanding and respect of confidentiality
