AP Assistant Rents Admin - Part time
Location: Hybrid (Handforth office / WFH)
Permanent role / part-time role
23,4 hours per week - we will consider 3 full days or 5 short days (within school hours)
The Ideal Candidate will have Accounts Payable experience working within a high-volume, challenging environment, so adaptable to change, and be able to prioritise tasks accordingly.
The candidate should have some knowledge of retail and experience working within a shared-service environment.
Role & Responsibilities
1. Establish and build strong relationships both internal and external to ensure excellent levels of communication.
2. Provide support to the Property Finance Team to ensure efficient payments to Managing agents of our estate of over 400 properties
3. Ensure the accurate entry of invoices and credit notes in the agreed SLA times to ensure vendors are paid to term within SAP ECC environment.
4. Participate in Projects to drive change and efficiencies, including automation of invoices, purchase ledger workshops.
5. Adhere to SLA’s set to ensure productivity is optimised and the best customer service is achieved.
6. Complete statement reconciliations and resolve reconciling items to ensure accounts are paid on time, preventing accounts from going on stop.
7. Ensure Queries and overdue accounts are managed and resolved quickly as to prevent business critical situations, escalating in accordance with SLAs.
8. Attend periodic 1-2-1 meetings with the AP Supervisor.
9. Attend training to ensure performance is maximised and individual potential is reached.
10. Achieve Objectives and take part in performance reviews throughout the year to monitor performance.
11. Continually review and plan your own personal development plan.
12. Lead by example and always demonstrate PAH behaviours.
13. Report into and work closely with your line manager
Requirements:
14. Intermediate Excel skills,
15. SAP ECC experience is not essential, but experience of a similar system would be an advantage.
16. Purchase Order matching and related query resolution.
17. Ability to work independently and part of a large team to support other colleagues.
18. Prioritise and manage your workload to achieve best results.
