Company and role
Senior Recruitment Specialist at TDM Recruitment Group, Birmingham. Junior Land and Planning - House Builder. I am working with a 5 star House Builder based in the West Midlands who are looking to strengthen its team with an ambitious recent graduate.
You would work closely with the rest of the team and report directly to the group Director. The region is currently buying a lot of land and has a couple of large strategic sites that are coming through the system. The business is one of the country’s leading developers, delivering high-quality, award-winning schemes. The role offers the opportunity to work on projects that will be of real interest.
You will be a graduate town planner or have some commercial planning or land acquisition experience, ideally with some working knowledge of residential planning applications. You should be bright, articulate and ambitious, aiming to take control of your career and progress within a prestigious house builder.
