As part of their continued expansion, they now seek to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their busy South Belfast branch. What will you be doing? - Negotiate resale and new homes sales - Facilitate viewings - Manage sales post agreement - Answer general sales and letting enquiries - Ensure efficient management of appointments and valuations for the branch - General branch administration - Assist the Directors with ad-hoc tasks to facilitate smooth running of a busy office. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least 1 years relevant experience gained in property sales. You will be a confident, natural communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers. You will be organised, methodical with the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a keen eye on detail. You will enjoy working as part of a team and relish the opportunity to use your own initiative. You must be computer literate with confidence using Microsoft Office. Applicants must hold a full UK Driving License and have access to a car.
