As part of their continued expansion, they now seek to recruit a Sales Negotiator for their busy South Belfast branch. What will you be doing? - Negotiate resale and new homes sales - Facilitate viewings - Manage sales post agreement - Answer general sales and letting enquiries - Ensure efficient management of appointments and valuations for the branch - General branch administration - Assist the Directors with ad-hoc tasks to facilitate smooth running of a busy office. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have at least 1 years relevant experience gained in property sales. You will be a confident, natural communicator with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and customers. You will beorganised, methodical with the ability to multi-task whilst keeping a keen eye on detail. You will enjoy working as part of ateam and relish the opportunity to use your own initiative. You must be computer literate with confidence using Microsoft Office. Applicants must hold a full UK Driving License and have access to a car.
