Salary: £67,000 - 107,000 per year Requirements: Hold a relevant educational background in IT, Information Security, Governance, Risk Management, or a similar field Have around 1-3 years of experience in cyber security, IT risk, compliance, or governance-related areas Have knowledge of security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, CIS18 Controls, NIS2, GDPR, or similar Be comfortable working with Microsoft tools such as M365, SharePoint, Power BI, Purview, and Azure environments Have an interest in process improvement, data structuring, and automation Communicate clearly and professionally in English, both written and spoken Experience with supplier risk assessments is considered an advantage Experience with automation tools such as Power Automate is considered an advantage Knowledge of maritime and OT environments is considered an advantage Responsibilities: Support and mature our IT governance and cyber security processes aligned with NIS2 requirements Maintain and structure our IT Risk and Control Matrix (RCM) and IT risk register Support IT risk assessments and Business Impact Analysis (BIA) activities Ensure risks, controls, and documentation are maintained in a clear and audit-ready manner Collaborate with IT suppliers on security-related matters and client security assessments Contribute to reporting on IT risk, governance, and cyber security posture Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate governance and compliance processes Support continuous improvement of our IT risk and compliance frameworks across the organization Technologies: Azure Support Matrix Power BI Security SharePoint Cloud More: We are Cadeler, a global partner in the offshore wind industry specializing in wind farm construction and maintenance.
