Our client, a leading global investment bank, is seeking an exceptionally diligent and proactive Benefits Associate to join its growing EMEA HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and deliver the firm’s benefits and well-being strategy across the region.
The Opportunity
This is a fantastic role for someone with approximately 4 years’ experience in benefits administration within financial services or professional services. You will join a highly collaborative HR function and play a pivotal role in supporting a sophisticated benefits strategy across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.
Reporting to the Benefits Manager – EMEA, you will manage day-to-day benefits operations, coordinate regional projects, and contribute to the ongoing buildout of the benefits infrastructure. This position combines hands-on administration with strategic project exposure — ideal for someone who enjoys data, problem-solving, and enhancing the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Administer and coordinate all EMEA employee benefits (health, dental, life insurance, pensions, transport reimbursements, income protection, and local market programs).
* Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless benefits delivery and timely renewals.
* Support the rollout of well-being and benefits initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
* Analyse benefits data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
* Lead onboarding presentations and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications to employees.
* Maintain accurate benefits data in Workday (or similar HRIS).
* Collaborate with the wider HR and People team to continuously enhance total rewards offerings across EMEA.
About You
* Around 3 years’ experience in employee benefits administration.
* Background in financial services, consulting, or professional services preferred.
* Excellent project management, coordination, and organisational skills.
* Strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset.
* Confident communicator, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Proficient in Workday or a similar HR system.
