Job Title: Sessional Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
Location: All Campuses, Portsmouth
Salary: Full Time Equivalent £23,556.64 - £24,231.89 per annum, Actual Salary Pro Rata depending on working hours/working weeks
Hours of work: Casual/Part-Time, up to 37 Hours per week, Term Time only (up to 36 weeks)

About The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant (LSA) at City of Portsmouth College, you will support students with special educational needs in 1:1 or small group settings within a classroom. You may also support students during breaks, lunch times and external outings, promoting independence and high expectations in line with Educational Health Care Plan requirements.
Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and record students’ progress
* Work collaboratively with class teachers and other college staff
