The Original Factory Shop invites applications for a Store Manager (permanent contract) to create a friendly, welcoming, customer-focused environment that delivers great results and a positive place to work. You will lead the team, engage with customers, act quickly to maximise the business, and continually seek ideas to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities
* Lead the store team and model best-in-class customer service.
* Engage with customers, act quickly to maximise sales, and contribute new ideas to improve performance.
* Ensure a great customer experience and a welcoming store environment.
* Act as a visible leader, motivating and supporting the team to achieve targets.
* Encourage engagement with the local community to drive store results.
Qualifications
* Retail management experience in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
* Ability to motivate, manage, and develop a team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Strong communication and leadership skills with a passion for delivering results.
* Suitable for existing Store Managers, Assistant Managers, Cluster Managers, Retail Managers or Branch Managers seeking new opportunities.
